There is always conflict in business. Managers / Leaders must learn functional skills for minimizing unproductive conflict and successfully navigating necessary conflict to productive resolution. Perceptum’s Conflict Management program provides practical and immediately useful information based on the five Thomas Kilmann (TK) Conflict Modes and their application in business.

Program participants will learn tactics to prevent nonproductive conflict and bring natural conflict to productive resolution. Each participant completes a conflict modes analysis, learns specific communication tactics and practices strategic mode shifting to bring about productive problem resolution. Participants will do exercises that involve:

  • Concept Mapping
  • Role Play TK Modes
  • Learning Emotion-Triggering Words
  • Objective Querying & Sharing of Best Practices
