Perceptum’s Leadership Development cultivates leaders in the Life Sciences industry. Participants learn an effective approach to tailoring leadership styles according to the skill sets and competencies of their direct reports, and according to the situational context. Participants learn how to apply emotional intelligence, conflict management techniques, and effective communication strategies to facilitate interpersonal communication and mentor direct reports.

Leadership Development is delivered within an interactive and dynamic environment that utilizes client-specific case studies, group discussions, breakout activities and application exercises. At completion of the program, participants receive a leadership field assessment tool that they can use to diagnose their direct reports’ individual stage of development and accordingly, the leadership behaviors they should employ. Self Leadership

Medical device, biopharmaceutical and diagnostic sales representatives primarily work by themselves in the field. Contact with the sales manager is typically limited to phone calls, text messages, e-mails and ride-alongs at scheduled intervals. As such, sales representatives must not only be self-starters, they also need to be ‘self leaders’.

Perceptum’s Self Leadership addresses the specific needs of your field sales representatives. The program is offered as a stand-alone or in conjunction with Perceptum’s Leadership Development. When combined, the two programs provide a common leadership framework for the entire organization. Delivered as an interactive and dynamic experience using client-specific, field-based case studies and application exercises, participants learn self leadership skills that lead to peak performance.
